Every WEDNESDAY NIGHT in the Front Bar – 7.30pm till 11.00pm…or so.
GEAR SUPPLIED: PA, mics, guitar amps, bass amp, drumkit and keyboard
Bring your own guitars, harps, drumsticks, etc.Open Mike kicks off for 2014 on Wed 15th Jan then each Wed right through till Wed 24th Dec’14OPEN MIKE RULES
*All genres of music welcome
*You may perform as a band or ensemble….anything from solo to a large choir.
*Singers/musicians sign-in on entry and are allocated a timeslot…15-20 mins for
acoustic ensembles and 20-30 mins for bands (a min.of 3 musicians).
*You may perform more than one set providing all present have had a turn.
*You have 5 mins to set-up….please tune-up backstage beforehand.
*You may pre-book your Band or Ensemble -text AL at least two days prior

As a reward for your regular support, we hold periodic GALA GOV OPEN NIGHT
CONCERTS (about every 6 weeks) in  the Gov’s “Venue”….these involve some 30-40
musicians engaged in about 5 bands and 5 ensembles. To engage in these concerts,
simply book your band/ensemble in for an AUDITION on any Wednesday night.
Preference is give to those able to assist in filling seats at the Concerts and Open Mikes.ALL MUSICIANS & SINGERS WELCOME!…….Warriors and Non-Warriors.

SATURDAY SESSIONS at THE GOV

Every six weeks or thereabouts, in the Front Bar of The Gov.
Up to 4 bands and 4 ensembles required each month.
All genres welcome. The Club emails members and calls for band registrations as soon as each Saturday Session is confirmed.

CLUB COOL

Third Sunday of every month in “The Venue” at The Gov,  59 Port Road Hindmarsh.
Doors open 10.30am. Bands play at 11.15am and 12.45 pm.
Offers live music entertainment to people living with disability.
Admission: Gold coin donation.
