How to Join the SA Live Music Club – test form

If you’d like to be considered for admittance as a member of the SA Live Music Club, you need to apply in writing and be proposed and seconded by two current financial members.

There is a one-off joining fee and an annual subscription.

Introduction

Admittance as a member is subject to there being a vacancy under the membership cap. If the Club is full at the time of receipt, applications will be added to a waiting list and processed when vacancies become available in order of time and date of receipt of the application. The committee has the authority to waive or vary the cap in special circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please complete this form with the necessary details including your Proposer and Seconder's details as they will be contacted to verify your application.

Upon submission you will receive an email to confirmation of your request to join SA Live Music Club.

The application will be processed in due course by the Committee, and you will be notified via email shortly thereafter.
