A quick =
scratch of the head says :

We should consider if there is to be any =
changes to the constitution – I can=E2=80=99t remember if we included =
rewording around the numbers for committee eg. We had a cap of 6, we =
could vary it to more ? 

Any proposals of significance that we =
need mention for the AGM eg. Capital expenditure, costs, new =
activities/events/projects/sub committees including EMU/RJ/Workshop, =
maybe a songwriting comp or performance or award, any achievement(s), =
any service, life membership nominations, gear storage, van, =
buildings/outhouses, anything??
Ross – we may need to take =
ownership of the ABN/Name/registration etc that Ron Belman has done =
previously?
A think of the 20th anniversary – anyone has =
ideas? 
I have the photos downloaded from Flickr to put =
into albums on Google Photos, plus all the photos since last upload to =
Flickr and hoping enough space on Google Photos for the club =
account.
An event? 
Office/Committee =
nominations/indications – sooner then we can transition with more time =
and not just take over a role – like a career path in a corporate =
scenario
Should someone want to volunteer to take on media =
including newsletters, flyers, web stuff including =
wordpress/domains/techie things, member liaison, emu, rj, =
etc.
Is there something we could consult with Ian Short for =
discussion? I mention this as he is soon to go in for heart surgery and =
will be out of action/available potentially for =
awhile.
