Three Piece Orchestra

Evolution is a wonderful phenomenon. Having played together in various configurations for many years, 3PO (read: Three Piece Orchestra) emerged as a new musical life-form in 2022. Currently that number has been augmented to five regular members. Hence the name: 3POaug.

Our mission is to entertain. Our vehicle is music. Our focus is evergreen favourites from the 50s, 60s and 70s. But we’ll sometimes include earlier and later material if it works for our audiences. Rock, Blues, Country, Swing, memorable music. People like to dance or sing along when we play.

A couple of our members have been around for a (very) long time (they were playing gigs back in the 60s). The younger members still have buckets of experience as seasoned performers. Turn them loose on a stage at your peril.
